Marine Corps Veteran and father, Mr. Marshall has over 25 years of experience within the HVAC industry. He currently serves on the Leadership Council for the National Small Business Association, Advisory Board for the College of Southern Nevada, and a Director on the Board of the Southern Nevada Air Conditioning Refrigeration Service Contractors Association. Raised in Las Vegas, Mr. Marshall is an active member of the community and routinely engages with local projects and charities to promote the health and welfare of the city. Fun fact, Chris enjoys reading Epicurean Philosophy, which is probably why we'll continue to push this community forward to improve the lives of others around him.
Dawn does it all. She runs a tight ship; ensuring daily, monthly, and quarterly targets are met. Dawn went to Nevada State College and is also a Las Vegas Local. This Disney enthusiast adds a bit of magic to our office. She manages everything from payroll to customer retention, this woman works tirelessly to ensure that workflow goals are set and paced in a manner that is both manageable and profitable. A true professional she escorts Mr. Marshall to lunches with the mayor and other work functions. Her efforts to ensure our technicians have the best training and tools are always appreciated.
With his extensive HVAC background and experience, Art uses every morning to teach our technicians something new. He uses this time to mentor our more junior technicians different trouble shooting techniques and drilling home the importance of our proper safety and protocols. At the end of the day, Art is a mechanic at heart. He even spends time under the hood of his car, if it comes apart and can be repaired, Art is not only willing to learn how it works but seeks out that knowledge. Breaking things down to build them back better and more efficient.
Our Assistant Manager, Dominic has over 30 years in the trades and management. This HVAC wizard does most of his training in a hands-on approach. Having junior technicians shadow him in the field before shadowing them to ensure that our customers are getting the best quality on all repairs and installs. An avid reader, Dominic likes to read biographies with his wife as they both have a passion for learning. He brings these qualities with him to become a better leader. Quick-witted Dominic leads by example and is an assist to our team.
This is our go to guy; with over 26 years of experience, he helps us non technicians keep the office running. Generally, Ty keeps us all even keeled with his southern charm and mannerisms; might as well call him Bob Ross, he’s tempted and loves to paint. He builds our quotes for commercial and residential customers, ensuring each bid has all the materials and all in compliance. His extensive knowledge of both commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units is an amazing resource we are all grateful to have here.
Our staff writer, with a little over 10 years of experience as a professional writer, she attempts to educate both the public and herself on everything HVAC related. Mainly with the help of our amazing technicians. She handles all the company’s marketing, ads, and social media content. Post content to both social accounts and the company’s blog, Emma enjoys inserting her personal brand of humor into everything she does. An Army Veteran and mother of one, Emma made Las Vegas her home shortly after leaving her last duty station.
The newest member of our team, Reyna oversees ordering parts and keeping our shop in tip top shape. She ensures that all of technicians have exactly what they need to complete their scheduled appointments. Reyna also assists our Executives with researching prices of all our parts to give our customers the best price we possibly can without having to compromise quality. Just like the parts she orders; Reyna is an essential member of the team. She keeps us running, like a well-oiled machine.
