Any new Trane system we install has Trane’s 100% Performance Guarantee, which is only available to dealers who are TCS Dealers. Our record of customer satisfaction, installation knowledge, and expertise in maintaining our customer's systems over their lifetime, assures Trane can trust our technicians to be both skilled and highly professional.
As a TCS Dealer we can offer you that in the first year of use, if your equipment does not deliver the specified heating or cooling needs, we can remove the equipment and refund the purchase price for the removed equipment. Trane is already the best in home comfort, this is a promise that sweetens that comfort. Certified TCS Dealers are the only contractors that can offer the best and most efficient Trane units on the market.
As a bonus, being a TCS typically warranty on parts are extended to 10-12 years depending on the parts in question and a lifetime on the systems heat exchanger. The A/C Guys® also give all our customers our 2-year professional maintenance plan and 2 year labor warranty to go along with their new systems to keep them in the best shape possible. That maintenance is 2 services a year to make sure your unit is both summer and winter-ready!
