We are looking for field technicians as well as office personnel. What we are looking to add to our office team is, an administrative assistant to be our Office Manager’s right hand. The person applying for this position needs to be quick on their feet. Proper prioritization is a skill that is not negotiable. We strive to give our customers the best quality. That being said, employees must be able to prioritize the tasks at hand as it is vital to the overall success of our team.
As for field technicians, we are interested in entry level and seasoned knowledgeable and experienced technicians. Are you proficient in HVAC and ice machine maintenance? Do you have experience working with furnace units in manufactured homes? Are your troubleshooting skills too legit to quit? These are some of the qualities we are looking for in both our office personnel and field technicians.
Most importantly, we are looking for people who are DRIVEN, HONEST, TEACHABLE AND HAVE AN ENTHUSIASTIC CHARACHTER. Despite your skill level, you must be willing to keep learning. This industry is constantly at the forefront of innovation; it is important that anyone who joins our team is willing to expand their knowledge base. Our Service Manager along with our Assistant Manager dedicate time every morning to teach our technicians numerous methods on diagnosing and servicing different HVAC units and components. We are very willing to contribute to your success if you are willing to put in the effort.
